(GSM) – Manchester City Roberto Mancini would be happy to see his side finish fourth of the Premier League table, insisting that talk about a title challenge is still premature.

City have been in a disappointing form as of late, with Mancini getting criticism for his ‘negative tactics’ during the Manchester derby stalemate.

With many expecting City to be pushing for the title, Mancini maintains the club’s target is to qualify for the Champions League this season.

“If the Premier League finished tomorrow, I am happy,” said Mancini.

“Our target is to get to the Champions League.

“But the season is very long. It is important for us to stay near the top and we can change our target.”
