Italy midfielder Mauro German Camoranesi is likely to miss the second leg of Juventus’s Champions League last 16 tie with Chelsea after fracturing a rib, the Serie A Club said.
Camoranesi, who has been troubled by a series of fitness problems this season, had to come off in the 52nd minute of his
side’s 1-0 defeat against Chelsea in the first leg on Wednesday.
“The Juventus midfielder, who will have to rest for a few weeks, was also diagnosed with a strain to the right thigh,” a statement on the club’s website said.
