Il Corriere dello Sport understands that AS Roma captain Francesco Totti could leave his boyhood club for Major League Soccer at the end of the season.
The veteran forward has struggled for playing time under both Rudi Garcia and Luciano Spalletti this season, and chairman James Palotta offered him a chance to take up a management role at the club in the summer.
This is enough to suggest that Francesco Totti is not in the first team plans of head coach Luciano Spalletti, and that is why the forward is thinking about leaving the Giallorossi.
Namely, the 39-year-old is eager to continue playing and he is, therefore, considering a summer move to the MLS.
LA Galaxy are reportedly prepared to offer him an escape route from Stadio Olimpico, while few more sides are expected to join the chase.
It appears that Totti is growing increasingly frustrated by the lack of first team opportunities and summer exit seems on the cards.
