Derby County manager, Chelsea legend Frank Lampard joined his team in emotional dressing room celebrations after they beat Leeds United at Elland Road in the Championship play-off semifinal by 2-4 to overturn a 1-0 deficit from the first leg.
Derby will play Aston Villa in the final, who saw off West Bromwich Albion in the other semifinal.
