Fulham close in on Lookman

According to a recent report from Sky Sports, Fulham are closing in on the signing of RB Leipzig star Ademola Lookman.

The deal could well be completed within the next 48 hours after he was left out of the squad for their game against Bayer Leverkusen.

Many believed that Lookman was going to become a star in Germany but ever since he made his move over from Everton things haven’t quite worked out. Now, the Cottagers are aiming to bolster their ranks as they prepare for what looks set to be a very long season ahead.

They’ve lost their first three games of the new Premier League campaign and while Tony Khan may believe that they’re going to bring in some more defenders before the end of the window, this evidence would suggest that they’re also trying to add some spice to their attacking force. If they don’t, they’re in real trouble.
