Fulham are interested in signing Bertrand Traore from Lyon in the summer transfer window, according to Sky Sports. It has been reported that the French club are ready to sell the 24-year-old attacking player this summer, and that the Cottagers – who will play in the Premier League next season after winning promotion from the Championship via the playoffs – are among the clubs interested in signing him.
Traore, who can operate as a forward or as an attacking midfielder has been on the books of Lyon since 2017 when he joined from Chelsea. The Burkina Faso international made a handful of appearances in the Premier League for the Blues, and was also out on loan at Vitesse and Ajax.
The 24-year-old has established himself as an important player for Lyon over the years. Last season, the attacker made 14 starts and nine substitute appearances in Ligue 1, scoring one goal and providing three assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
