Fulham are interested in signing Borja Mayoral from Getafe in the January transfer window, according to TEAMtalk. The report has claimed that Fulham have been keeping tabs on Mayoral for the past year and could try to bring him to Craven Cottage in London in the middle of the season.
TEAMtalk has added that Getafe value Mayoral at £12 million. Although a summer move is more likely for the striker who wants to test himself in the Premier League, that could change. The striker came through Real Madrid’s youth system and played for the first team.
Mayoral has been playing well for Getafe this season. The 26-year-old striker has made 17 starts and one substitute appearance in La Liga so far this campaign. The Spaniard has scored 12 goals and given one assist in those games. Mayoral made 33 starts and two substitute appearances in the league last season. He scored eight goals and gave two assists in those games.
