Fulham reluctant to listen to Sessegnon offers

The Metro understands that Fulham have told potential suitors of teenage sensation Ryan Sessegnon that he is not for sale.

The full-back broke into the Championship side’s first team this season, making his debut just less than three months after his sixteenth birthday.

He has since racked up twenty-two appearances in all competitions, scoring four goals – two of which came in a 3-1 win at promotion favourites Newcastle United last month.

Internationally, he has represented England and U16, U17 and U19 levels, scoring his first goal for the latter in a 2-0 win over Luxembourg back in November.

His form has attracted interest from a host of Premier League heavyweights including Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal though the Cottagers have no interest in selling.

Fulham beat Ipswich Town 3-1 at the weekend to move to within two points of the play-offs, and they can now be backed at 5/1 to be promoted.
