(GSM) – Philippe Senderos has signed for Fulham in a three-year deal as he hopes to help the club to build on their Europa League final appearance last season.
Following the expiry of his contract at Arsenal, the Switzerland defender has made a move to London rivals on a free transfer.
And he told the club’s official website: “I’m delighted that I am joining the club during the most successful period in its history.
“I very much hope that I can contribute over the next few seasons and that the club goes on to achieve more success.”
The 25-year-old was regarded as one of Arsenal’s future stars.
But the former Servette defender fell out of favour, having had loan spells at Milan and then Everton in the last two seasons.
And after seven years at the Emirates, the Swiss international who remained a constant in his national side has now sought for a move.
