Fulham are interested in signing Kalvin Phillips from Premier League rivals Manchester City in the January transfer window, according to 90min. The Cottagers are looking at the England international as a potential replacement for Joao Palhinha, who is on the radar of Bayern Munich.
Bundesliga champions Bayern were keen on signing Palhinha from Fulham in the summer transfer window. The transfer fell through in the final hours of the window, but Bayern remain keen on the Portugal international defensive midfielder and could make a move for him in the January transfer window.
So, Fulham are looking at potential replacements, and one of the players they have on their radar is Phillips. The 27-year-old England international has failed to make an impact at City since joining from Leeds United in the summer of 2022 and is a peripheral figure at the Etihad Stadium.
