Turkish giants Galatasaray are close to agreeing a deal to sign Ghanaian forward Andre Ayew from West Ham United, L’Equipe can reveal.
The Super Lig outfit have stepped up their interest in the 28-year-old footballer and recent reports suggest an agreement is on the horizon.
According to L’Equipe, West Ham are ready to accept a loan offer with an option to buy at the end of the season.
Meanwhile, the player himself wouldn’t mind moving to Istanbul, where he will meet familiar faces in Bafetimbi Gomis, Younes Belhanda and Cedric Carrasso.
Ayew managed 3 goals in 9 Premier League starts and as many substitute appearances, but he hasn’t started a single league fixture since David Moyes took over.
