Galatasaray are set to complete the signing of Atletico Madrid forward Jose Antonio Reyes, according to AS.
The Turkish giants have already agreed personal terms with the player, while they are close to reaching an agreement with Atletico over the transfer fee.
Reyes is unhappy with his current status at Vicente Calderon and will jump at the opportunity to join one of the biggest Turkish clubs.
The talks between the two clubs have intensified over the last few days and AS claims that they are very close to reaching an agreement.
Reyes has a €12 million release clause inserted in his contract, but it is believed that an offer in the region of €6 million should do the trick.
The player’s former club Benfica still holds 25% of the player’s rights, meaning that Eagles, too, will earn some money from the deal.
