Galatasaray are stepping up their efforts to sign Sporting Lisbon forward Armindo Bruma, according to Record.
After their initial approach for the talented footballer was rejected, the Turkish giants have reignited their interest of late.
Record understands that team manager Cenk Ergun is set to arrive in Lisbon to open official negotiations with the player’s employers.
Armindo Bruma is one of the most sought-after players in Europe at the moment, with the likes of Chelsea and Bayern Munich among his suitors.
As much as Sporting Lisbon chiefs would like to keep hold of their prized asset, their poor financial situation means any serious offer is going to be considered.
While scoring 1 goal in 13 Primeira Liga appearances for the Lions last term, Bruma has largely impressed playing for Portugal youth sides, netting a total of 10 goals since the league campaign ended while playing for Under-19s and Under-20s.
