Galatasaray in talks over Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tanguy Ndombele

Galatasaray are interested in signing Tanguy Ndombele from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano. The Italian journalist has reported on Twitter that Turkish giants Galatasaray are looking at Tottenham midfielder Ndombele as a potential alternative to Fred.

Turkish powerhouse Galatasaray are keen on signing Fred from Manchester United, but, according to Romano, the deal looks complicated. So, they are now considering bringing in Ndombele instead. Galatasaray have already held talks over a potential deal for the Frenchman.

Ndombele has failed to make a huge impact at Tottenham since his move from Lyon back in 2019. The 26-year-old had a loan spell at Lyon in 2022 and was on loan at Napoli last season. Although the midfielder helped Napoli win the Serie A title last season, the Italian decided not to make his loan deal permanent. It will be interesting to see if Galatasaray do get a deal done for Ndombele.
