Galatasaray are ready to make a move on Anzhi Makhachkala striker Lacina Traore, according to Russian daily Izvestia.
The Ivorian, 23, is one of just a handful of high-profile players to have remained at the club following drastic budget cuts, but he could very well be moving at the earliest opportunity.
Dinamo Moscow coach Dan Petrescu stated few days ago that he believed Juventus were leading the race for Traore, but Izvestia have learned that Galatasaray are also showing interest.
The Turkish giants boast a very good attacking partnership of Didier Drogba and Burak Yilmaz, but with the Ivorian nearing the end of his career and his teammate wanted by Lazio, Cimbom are on the lookout for a new centre forward.
They seem to have set their sights on Lacina Traore, a player who has scored 31 goals in 65 Russian Premier League matches for Kuban Krasnodar and Anzhi Makhachkala.
