Galatasaray maintained their perfect record as the Istanbul outfit earned their third consecutive win on Sunday, beating Kayserispor 4-1.

Czech striker Milan Baros put ‘Gala’ ahead after 14 minutes, but Ariza Makukula equalised on the half hour mark.

However, the Portuguese forward went from hero to villain when he scored an own goal just six minutes later. Elano (62nd) and Baros (89th) added goals for a 4-1 final result.

Galatasaray are in first place but may have to share their lead again after Fenerbahçe’s match with Diyarbakirspor on Monday.
