Milan are just ‘hours’ away from concluding the deal to keep David Beckham at San Siro and an official announcement is imminent. Vice-president Adriano Galliani has confirmed that an agreement has been reached and only a signature is missing.
“There is a great probability that Beckham will stay at Milan until June,” Galliani said. “I am very optimistic, all that is missing is a signature and we need to iron out a couple of things. In any case we are almost there. We are on the right track and the signature could arrive in a few hours today or tomorrow at the very latest.”
It’s great news for Milan and Ancelotti as well as Beckham himself. The England international has been outstanding since joining the club in December. ‘Becks’ has always stated his desire to remain at San Siro and his wish seems to have come true.
