Everton manager Roberto Martinez is set to offer Brendon Galloway a new contract, according to Sky Sports.
The Zimbabwe-born teenager has featured in all but one of the Toffee’s Premier League games so far this season having broken into their first team, and Martinez is keen to secure his services.
Prior to this season, his only other top-flight action came in the final two games of last season with the defender having moved to Goodison Park from MK Dons in the summer of 2014.
He had played just seventeen times for Karl Robinson’s side while internationally he has played at every level from U17s to U19s.
Galloway impressed in the Merseyside club’s shock 3-1 win over champions Chelsea on Saturday – a result which moved them up to seventh in the table.
Next up for Everton is Saturday’s trip to Swansea City, where the away win can be backed at 21/10.
