Microgaming and Pulse 8 Studios are taking their players on an exciting adventure set in the Ancient Chinese city of Shi Cheng, dubbed Lion City, sunken in more than 50 years ago when a new hydroelectric power station was built. Boasting stunning visuals and thrilling gameplay, this game promises to keep players seated for hours as they give their best to uncover the hidden riches of what was once a thriving metropolis.

Treasures of Lion City comes with a usual 5x3 layout, while the number of active lines is set at 25. With a bit of luck, players can scoop prizes worth 2,600x their bet. To do this, they'll need all the help they can get from Wilds, staggering multipliers of up to 27x, and Rolling Reels. The most disappointing aspect of this game is its average Return to Players, which is only at 94.20%.

How to Play

Wagering starts as low as $0.25, while the maximum stake that can be placed cannot exceed $50 per spin.

On the beautifully-designed reels, players will encounter such symbols as low-value Royals, green and blue crystals, potions, warriors' helmets, treasures chests and the Golden Lion. The latter serves as the game's Wild, substituting for other regular icons, thus helping players create more winning combinations.

It's also a quite generous symbol, as all 5 on a payline award a payout of 20x the triggering bet.

It's all about the Rolling Reels feature, which is activated whenever a winning combination is formed. Once it's on, all symbols that helped form the combination will be removed, with other falling into their place. This way, additional cascades can be created, and the entire process can be repeated.

The subsequent cascades will also turn high-paying symbols into Wilds, and if they continue, they'll also add multipliers whose value can range from 3x up to 27x!
