Garcia puts pressure on Manchester City

According to a recent report from Mundo Deportivo, Eric Garcia is putting pressure on Manchester City to agree a deal with Barcelona.

The youngster is clearly at the point where he has decided where he wants his future to take him – and that destination is the Nou Camp. Barca have been interested in signing him throughout the course of the summer transfer window but it hasn’t quite come to fruition just yet, but with the window closing in a matter of days, Garcia is desperate to make something happen – or, at least, that’s how it seems.

Pep Guardiola clearly understands the value in bringing through young talent but with Garcia starting his career with Barcelona, the city in which he was born, it makes sense that he wants to go back.

City could be an option for him somewhere down the road but that simply isn’t the case right now.
