Garcia to turn down Arsenal & PSG?

According to a recent report from Mundo Deportivo, Manchester City defender Eric Garcia is set to turn down interest from Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain.

The reason behind this is simple, and it’s also pretty obvious for anyone who has been closely following this story – Garcia wants to make his way back over to Barcelona. His contract with City is set to come to an end and while Pep Guardiola quite clearly wants to keep him on the books, that just doesn’t seem feasible.

This has been the direction of travel for the last few months with Garcia edging closer and closer towards the exit door at the Etihad. Still, even with that being the case, his stock has remained incredibly high – which is probably one of the reasons why Barca are still so heavily invested in him.

The Gunners and PSG may not like it, but Garcia has one thing on his mind and that’s the Nou Camp.
