Gattuso could stay at AC Milan

According to a recent report over in Italy, AC Milan could wind up keeping Gennaro Gattuso on the books as their manager after much speculation over his future. Gattuso has been under a great deal of pressure over the last few months at the San Siro, with the expectation being that he’d lose his job at the end of the current season. Alas, that hasn’t proven to be the case just yet, with Maurizio Sarri and Eusebio Di Francesco being lined up as potential replacements if they did indeed get rid of him. The controversial former player would cost Milan quite a lot in order to get rid of him, with the fee for his early dismissal supposedly being €8 million. If that is indeed true, you can kind of understand why AC would consider the possibility of giving him more time to prove himself.

Either way, don’t expect him to bow out quietly.
