Spanish daily newspaper Marca claims that Geoffrey Kondogbia is unlikely to remain at Valencia beyond the current season.
The Frenchman joined los Che on loan with an option to buy for €25 million last summer and he has since largely impressed at Mestalla.
Kondogbia made a total of 20 La Liga appearances, helping Valencia climb to third in the overall standings, scoring 3 goals in the process.
However, while los Che would gladly sign the player outright, the current financial situation will prevent them from doing so.
This basically means that Kondigbia will be returning to Inter Milan in the summer, that is unless another club appear ready to meet the Nerazzurri’s asking price.
After recording back to back wins over Levante and Malaga, los Che are priced at 7/10 to defeat Real Sociedad at the weekend.
