German giants want Kieran Tierney

There were recent talks about Celtic wanting to sign a new centre-back this summer, but they might be losing one of their best players from a different defensive position. Kieran Tierney was always going to attract interest from bigger clubs and now it looks like Borussia Dortmund are the one interested in the Scottish international.

Borussia Dortmund have loaned Jeremy Toljan to Celtic and are closely monitoring the German right-back week in week out. They are looking at the progress he is making, but reports from various media claim that the German giants have been quite interested in Tierney. The 21-year old left-back could be out of Celtic for some £25m this summer, if the media are to be believed, and that would definitely not be a problem for Dortmund.

There were also rumours of Rodgers wanting to sign Tierney now that he manages Leicester, while Unai Emery could be in the race for the Scotsman, too.
