(GSM) – German legend Gerd Müller believes that Brazil is the favorite team to win the upcoming World Cup in South Africa.

In an interview with the Associated Press, Müller gave a very clear answer to the question who is most likely to win this year’s tournament: “Brazil”.

The 1974 World Cup hero also commented on Joachim Löw’s decision not to select striker Kevin Kuranyi for Germany’s squad.

“As long as he (Löw) is stubborn, we won’t have the best team. He (Kuranyi) is the man scoring goals right now.”

Germany start their World Cup campaign against Australia on June 13, and Brazil begin two days later against Korea DPR.
