Paris Saint-Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti has voiced his admiration for Bundeliga starlets Marco Reus, Toni Kroos and Thomas Mueller.
Reus has been in fine form for Borussoa Moenchengladbach this term, while Kroos and Mueller have spearheaded Bayern Munich’s charge into the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
All three are expected to feature in Germany’s Euro 2012 campaign later this year, and Ancelotti is not surprised by their success.
“There are a number of exciting players in Germany, Ancelotti said.
“Marco Reus is an exceptional football player, who is a joy to watch.
“And Thomas Meuller and Toni Kroos are fantastic. But Bayern Munich will definitely not let go of them.”
The former Chelsea manager believes the Bundesliga has improved quite a lot in the last few years.
“The Bundesliga has in recent years undergone a staggering rise – especially in terms of the atmosphere and the spectacle.”
