Competition: International friendly
Market: Germany to win against Hungary
Odds: 1/4 @ Coral

World champions Germany welcome Hungary to the Veltins-Arena for tonight’s international friendly, and are big favourites to come out on top to go into the European Championships with some momentum.

Both sides will be present in the tournament, but Germany are among the favourites to win it, while Hungary will have a tough task of progressing from their group. As a result, Germany are expected to pick up a much-needed victory.

The Eagles have been short of form since their World Cup triumph in 2014, suffering surprise defeats and being held to draws against inferior opposition in the Euro 2016 qualifiers. Germany left it late to top their group to reach the finals, but their form ahead of this summer’s tournament will be a worry.

Joachim Loew’s side have suffered four defeats from their last six games in all competitions, but they will be desperate to go into the Euros off the back of a win. Hungary are an inferior opposition, who have lost to Greece, and been held to Croatia and Ivory Coast in their last five games, so they’re underdogs at the Veltins-Arena tonight.

As a result, Germany are being given odds of 1/4 by Coral to win against Hungary in tonight’s international friendly.
