Levante UD have completed the signing of Italian striker Giampaolo Pazzini from Hellas Verona.
The 33-year-old has joined on loan until the end of the season, and he will be hoping to help his new club avoid relegation to Segunda.
Pazzini was club’s third signing on transfer deadline day, following in the footsteps of Ruben Rochina and Armando Sadiku.
Having managed mere 18 goals in 21 league games this term, Levante were desperate for attacking reinforcements and the Italian striker might just provide what they needed.
Pazzini scored 23 league goals last term to help Verona gain promotion to Serie A before netting another 4 times in 7 starts this season.
