Gibbs-White returns to Wolves

Wolverhampton Wanderers have confirmed that they have officially recalled Morgan Gibbs-White from his loan spell with Swansea City.

The midfielder is now back to full fitness after fracturing a bone in his foot back in October, which came after he made an initially positive start to life in Wales.

It’s no secret that Wolves are suffering from something of an injury crisis right now and while Gibbs-White alone probably isn’t going to be the answer to all of their problems, he’s clearly going to serve as another great option for this side.

MGW had his fair share of ups and downs at Molineux prior to him going out on loan to Swansea but when push comes to shove, he’s a reliable option in the middle of the park who can really do some significant damage for this team. Whether or not that plays out in his favour, though, depends heavily on how Nuno uses him.
