Giovinco finally set to leave Juventus

Turin-based media outlet Tuttosport is reporting that Italian forward Sebastian Giovinco is ready to quit Juventus in search of first team football.

The 27-year-old has only made seven league appearances this season, with the likes of Tevez, Llorente and Morata all in front of him in the pecking order.

And with Max Allegri leaving Giovinco on the bench in the 7-0 triumph over Parma, while Morata, Coman and even youngster Mattiello played some part, the player’s patience seems to have run out.

Giovinco is not the sort of player who would complain in the media, but that does not mean he is satisfied with the current situation in Turin.

Given that his current deal is due to expire at the end of the season, it is almost certain that the Italy international will be leaving in January.

Juventus kept a three-point advantage at the top with an impressive victory over Parma and the Bianconeri are 1.57 (4/7) to defend the Serie A trophy.
