The out-of-favour PSG star Goncalo Guedes is refusing to join any side other than La Liga outfit Valencia this summer, the Spanish sources can confirm.
Guedes was loaned out to Valencia last season where he managed to ensure a place in Portugal’s World Cup squad and the 21-year-old now wants to seal a permanent move to the Spanish club after being left out of hte PSG pre-season squad that traveled to Singapore this week.
The talented Portuguese attracted plenty of interest from around the European continent with PSG said to have reached an pre-agreement with an unnamed Premier League club – said to be Arsenal – but the player himself has rejected the offer.
Cadena Ser reports Guedes has his heart set on Valencia and would not accept any other club even though the Spanish side are yet to match the asking price for the player.
The Portuguese forward made 33 La Liga outings last season and scored 5 goals during that time for Los Che.
