Spanish daily newspaper Marca is reporting that Portuguese forward Goncalo Guedes is unlikely to stay with Valencia beyond the current season.
The highly rated youngster has performed admirably since arriving on loan from Paris Saint-Germain, but his rich vein of form proved bitter sweet for los Che.
Namely, even though Valencia would like Goncalo to join on permanent basis, they do not have the money to fund the transfer and will not be able to prevent the 21-year-old from leaving in the summer.
Los Che will attempt to extend the loan deal, but PSG are unlikely to accept such a proposal when top European clubs seem ready to sign Guedes on a permanent deal.
The Portugal international managed 4 goals and 7 assists in La Liga this season, helping Valencia climb to fourth in the overall standings.
