Inter forward Goran Pandev has joined Napoli on a loan deal, the Partenopei have announced on their official website.
The two clubs were in talks for the Macedonian striker during the last few weeks and the deal was finally struck on Friday.
Pandev’s arrival to San Paolo could mean that Napoli are pondering the sale of either Ezequiel Lavezzi or Edison Cavani.
The Macedonian striker had a promising start to his career at Inter after arriving on free in January 2010, but he lost his place in the starting line-up following the departure of Jose Mourinho.
After finding out that new boss Gian Piero Gasperini doesn’t rate him too highly, Pandev decided to accept the loan offer from Napoli.
