Graham linked with Forest switch

Championship promotion chasers Nottingham Forest are keen on signing Danny Graham on loan, according to the Mail Online.

The striker, currently on loan at Hull City from Sunderland, has been struggling with form since leaving Swansea City twelve months ago.

He failed to score in thirteen appearances for the Black Cats before being sent to Hull in the summer, where his has managed just one goal in nineteen appearances.

However, the former Middlesbrough man managed twelve goals in the Swans first season back in the top flight while he was even more prolific prior to his move to South Wales, finishing as the Championship’s top scorer with Watford in the 2010/11 campaign.

He is set to return to Sunderland before the end of the transfer window, with the Tigers unlikely to request an extension to his deal after bringing in Nikica Jelavic from Everton and Shane Long from West Bromwich Albion.
