Former Chelsea and Brighton and Hove Albion manager Graham Potter is not interested in taking the managerial role at Rangers, according to 90min. Rangers are on the hunt for a new manager after sacking Michael Beale this past weekend, and Potter is one of the names who has been mentioned.
90min has claimed that Rangers actually reached out to Potter about possibly taking over at Ibrox. However, the Englishman has made it clear that he would not consider moving to Scotland. So, Rangers are now looking at other candidates.
Rangers are third in the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 12 points from seven matches. The Gers are seven points behind leaders and Old Firm rivals Celtic, who are also the defending champions. Rangers will return to action on Thursday evening when they take on Aris Limassol away from home in UEFA Europa League Group C.
