Spanish daily AS has learned that Swansea are pondering a move for QPR midfielder Esteban Granero.
The Swans chiefs have been delighted by the impact of Spanish players last season, with Michu, Chico, Rangel and Hernandez all impressing.
As a result, they have added Jordi Amat, Jose Canas and Alejandro Pozuelo to their ranks this summer, but more Spanish players could follow.
According to AS, Swansea boss Michael Laudrup is keen on former Real Madrid hotshot Esteban Granero.
The highly rated midfielder has admitted he plans to leave QPR after the club were relegated to the Championship and it looks as though he might be staying in the Premier League after all.
Granero, 26, joined the Rangers last summer from Real Madrid, and has made a total of 24 league appearances for the club.
In spite of some under-par showings in England, the midfielder is still held in high regard by top European clubs.
