Gremio de Porto Alegre are interested in signing Keylor Navas, according to Fichajes. Navas is a free agent at the moment after leaving Paris Saint-Germain at the end of last season, and Gremio are keen on securing the services of the 37-year-old Costa Rican goalkeeper.
Navas has been a superb goalkeeper over the years. The Costa Rican star starred for Real Madrid and then turned out for PSG. The 37-year-old won La Liga once and the UEFA Champions League three times with Madrid. Navas clinched the Ligue 1 title three times with PSG. Navas has already retired from international football.
Gremio have three goalkeepers already in their squad – Agustín Marchesín, Caíque, and Rafael Cabral. They are aiming to avoid relegation from the Brasileirão, and the arrival of Navas would make them a better team and would also enhance their chances of staying up.
