Griezmann edges closer to Barcelona

According to a recent report from Marca, Antoine Griezmann is progressively moving closer and closer towards completing his move from Atletico Madrid to Barcelona. His lawyer Sevan Karian has reportedly met with club executives in order to iron out the details, although the Nou Camp isn’t the only destination he’s been linked with. Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be in the running, but given how long the rumours linking him to Barca have been ongoing for, that seems much more likely. Griezmann will be leaving Atletico just one year after he first teased a move away from the club, and he’ll likely be doing so in order to give himself a better chance of winning some major trophies.

Griezmann’s future is set to be one of the big stories of the window this year, as most fans are well aware of just how much of an impact he could have at Barca.
