Guardiola proud of his Barça at Valladolid

Josep Guardiola was understandably pleased with Barcelona’s win at Real Valladolid, coming on the back of a hectic international week. “We had a great attitude because it is always difficult after international duty.”

The Barca coach also found time to praise the losing team: “I want to congratulate them on their courage in trying to attack us, because they are the only team to have done that.”

Guardiola looked ahead to the Champions League clash with Bayern Munich saying, “First we need to rest, and then we will think about the game from Monday. If we can keep our heads in every game, there is no reason why we cannot win a title at the end of the season.”
