Serie A fallen giants AC Milan have not had the best of start to the new campaign.
Despite investing a great load of money to bring in 11 new players this summer, Rossoneri are struggling to meet the expectations and pressure builds on Vincenzo Montella.
AC Milan sit in 11th place in the standings, nine points adrift of top four and it remains to be seen whether the club officials will sanction further investments to build on the existing pool of talent and quality.
On the other side, departures should be expected as Rossoneri look to make room in the budget and one of the first players linked with a move away from club is Gustavo Gomez.
The Paraguay international only joined AC Milan last summer from Lanus for €7 million but failed to establish himself as a first-team regular. The 24-year-old managed only 18 appearances last season and is yet to get in the team during the ongoing campaign.
The likes of Leonardo Bonucci and Mateo Musacchio have close the door to the first team and growing reports in Italy and Turkey claim that Gustavo Gomez could be heading to Fenerbahce during winter.
