Haaland staying at Borussia Dortmund?

According to a recent report from the Mirror, Erling Haaland is going to be part of Borussia Dortmund’s long-term plans moving forward.

This comes in the wake of club director Michael Zorc making it clear that this was the case, after fans and media members alike have speculated over whether or not Haaland was likely to leave the German giants.

The young Norwegian star is quite clearly one of the most exciting strikers in world football right now but you’d have to imagine it’ll take an almighty effort for anyone to afford him.

Haaland himself seems to be quite a down to Earth young man, but he’ll know what it means to be committed to a club. People might not like the idea of him staying there on a long term basis based on where else he could go, but for his development, that may just be the best option.
