The summer transfer window at Frankfurt has never been so busy! After selling Luka Jovic to Real Madrid for a reported fee of £52m, it looks like the second half of the last season’s forward partnership is going to leave the club as well. Eintracht Frankfurt have confirmed that terms have been agreed with West Ham United to sell them Sebastian Haller!
The 25-year-old striker is set to undergo a medical in London and if he passes it, he will be signing a deal with the Premier League outfit. The Frenchman has been cleared to complete a £40m move to London Stadium, as Eintracht have announced they agreed on a big-money transfer. If everything goes as planned, then Haller will become the Hammers’ record signing.
He scored 20 goals in 41 appearances across all competitions last season, as Eintracht impressed in the Bundesliga finishing just outside of Champions League places and reached the Europa League semifinals.
