Hanover midfielder Manuel Schmiedebach has hinted that Bundesliga champions Borussia Dortmund have shown interest in his services.
The 22-year-old has started this season in great fashion and already attracted admiring glances from big European clubs.
The player has one year left on his deal at AWD Arena and has failed to rule out a move to Borussia Dortmund.
“I have not received an official offer from Borussia Dortmund, but neither of the two clubs are denying the rumours,” Schmiedebach told Ruhr Nachrichten.
“I’ll leave it up to you to decide what that means.”
Schmiedebach joined Hannover from Hertha in the summer of 2008 and he was an integral part of the squad that ensured fourth-place finish in Bundesliga last season.
