(GSM) – Joe Hart has entrusted the decision of his future in the hands of Manchester City.
The 22-year-old English goalkeeper, who is being tipped to be one of the keepers for this summer’s World Cup finals, has spent the whole season on-loan at St. Andrews with Birmingham City.
And Hart’s inspired performances for the Blues have made him a contender to guard the posts for England.
His current employers, Birmingham, have made their desire known of signing him permanently, whilst other clubs have also been linked with a move.
City have made it clear they do not want to sell Hart – despite having Shay Given firmly entrenched as their number one.
And Hart admits he will not be thinking too much about his future, as that is up to City.
“It’s out of my hands and I’m not sitting in the corner worrying about all the different scenarios,” he told the Star on Sunday.
“It’s not up to me what happens, I’m employed by Manchester City , I’m contracted to them and they are in charge of me.
“They’ve put me on loan to Birmingham for this season and right now that’s all I’m bothered about.”
