(GSM) – Queens Park Rangers manager Paul Hart has sensationally left the club after just five games in charge of first-team affairs. Hart leaves for unknown reasons, despite the media speculations over a misunderstanding between the manager and the club’s board.

Hart, who was sacked by Portsmouth earlier this season, was the ninth man to take the helm as manager of QPR during owner Flavio Briatore’s 26-month tenure at the club.

Some reports suggest the decision came after Hart fell out with the Rangers board over transfers.

Assistant manager Mick Harford will take charge until the end of the season, starting with this Saturday’s trip to Blackpool.

A club statement said, “The club can confirm that manager Paul Hart has decided to leave Queens Park Rangers Football Club with immediate effect.”
