Havertz could leave Bundesliga?

“I’m confident I could go abroad and play at clubs outside of Germany. For the moment, I want to have a good season. Afterwards, we’ll see.”

As reported by Marca, Kai Havertz has confirmed that he would not rule out leaving the Bundesliga if and when he departs Bayer Leverkusen. Over the course of the last few months it has been pretty clear to see that his future will lie away from Leverkusen, mainly because there’s just so much interest and activity from around the rest of Europe for him.

Havertz has the ability to shine at the top level for the majority of clubs on this continent, but it’s all about seeing who comes forward with the most appealing offer. With Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich both having their own struggles as of late, there’s a real push from outside of Germany for Havertz – and it could become even more realistic as the weeks tick by before we arrive at the January transfer window.
