Havertz receives Premier League interest

According to a recent report from Bild, Bayer Leverkusen sensation Kai Havertz is attracting the attention of the English Premier League in a big way, with four clubs believed to be interested in the possibility of signing him. The German is said to be leaving Leverkusen during next summer’s transfer window for a fee believed to be around £100 million. Of course, nobody really knows what direction he’s going to turn in next, although the man himself is said to prefer the idea of a switch to Barcelona more so than anything else.

The four teams that are believed to be in the running from England’s top flight are Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United. All four have the finances necessary to make that sort of a deal come to fruition, but whether or not they’re actively going to pursue it in comparison to some of the other things they want to accomplish is a different matter altogether.
