Hazard is ‘torn’ over Chelsea future

Eden Hazard revealed in a recent interview that he’s torn over whether to sign a new contract with Chelsea, or leave in search of something new. He noted that his age could play a part in it given that he only has a few years of his 20s left, that makes sense. Still, Chelsea fans won’t be happy about the way he’s approaching all of this, given how uncertain he’s being about the whole thing.

The Belgian has never been one to shy away from the spotlight, but it feels like he’s ‘playing the field’ a little bit in order to test what kind of deal he could get elsewhere. It’s no secret that he’s caught the eye of Real Madrid in the past, and while that’s still a deal that would probably interest the Spanish champions, you only need to look at the David De Gea situation to see how quickly they can change their minds.
