(GSM) – Helsingborg continue to dominate the Swedish league as the leaders beat third-placed Örebro 2-1 on Thursday.

A strong opening phase soon helped Helsingborg to a 2-0 lead with Christoffer Andersson scoring the opener on 11 minutes and Rasmus Jönsson adding a second six minutes later.

Örebro would not give up without a fight however and got one back through Paulinho Guara two minutes after the hour.

Samuel Wowoah of Örebro was sent off in the final minutes, which basically ended the away side’s hope of a late equaliser.

Helsingborg are five points ahead of second-placed Malmö, and a stunning 11 points ahead of number three Örebro.
