Henderson and Fabinho could leave Liverpool, Pulisic joins Milan, and more: The Daily Transfer Round Up – Thursday, July 13

Henderson and Fabinho could leave Liverpool

Liverpool’s midfield overhaul has potentially taken a new turn. According to multiple sources, Reds captain Jordan Henderson has accepted an offer from Al-Ettifaq, the Saudi club that recently appointed Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard as manager, and now the England international’s move depends on the two clubs finding common ground on a transfer fee.

At the age of 33, Henderson is no longer a guaranteed starter for Jurgen Klopp’s team, especially after the arrivals of Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton and Dominik Szoboszlai from RB Leipzig. It is believed that the financial offer made to him by the Saudi club was extremely lucrative.

On the other hand, Fabinho is still deemed a very important player for the Merseysiders. The 29-year-old Brazilian is the club’s only designated ‘6’ in the squad, and his departure, coupled with that of Henderson, would surely require further notable signings this summer.

However, Al-Ittihad are reportedly preparing an offer of £40 million for his services.

The USA international has signed a four-year contract with the Rossoneri, with an option for another 12 months.

Spurs to move for Vlahovic as potential Kane replacement?

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly doing their best to keep Harry Kane at the club, with Bayern Munich trying equally hard to take him to the Allianz Arena. Spurs maintain the stance that all offers for the services of their star striker will be rejected out of hand, but there have been suggestions that they’re contemplating potential replacements in case he tells them directly that he wants to leave.

One of the players on that list is Juventus’ Dusan Vlahovic. The Serie A giants apparently don’t want to sell the Serbia international, but they would be willing to take a significant offer into consideration.
